We are officially launching our 2027 Management Trainee program for aspiring leaders in mill operations. This initiative is designed to groom the next generation of technical experts, process engineers, and data analysts who will define the future of the sugar industry in South Papua.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for the MT Mills 2027 program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Conservation, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Statistics, or Data Science.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* Status: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Skillset: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, paired with strong English communication skills and acute attention to detail.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office—specifically Excel (Pivot Tables and Macros). Knowledge of software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Power BI, Tableau, SPC, MATLAB, Aspen, or Visio is considered a distinct advantage.
* Mobility: Full willingness to be stationed in Merauke, South Papua.
