Role Requirements
To be considered for this pivotal role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; candidates with a Diploma degree are highly encouraged to apply.
* Experience: Proven track record with at least 2–3 years of experience in a similar Supervisory or Chief Quality Control position within the garment manufacturing industry.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, a disciplined work ethic, and strong communication skills.
* Geographic Preference: Preference will be given to candidates residing in Central Java and its surrounding regions.
