## Position Overview and Employment Terms

* Employment Status: Contract-based personnel (Non-State Civil Apparatus / Non-ASN)

## Essential Qualifications and Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Urban and Regional Planning (Planologi) or Economics.

* Language Proficiency: Demonstrate strong command of the English language, verified by minimum scores in one of the following tests:

* Exclusivity Status: Must not currently hold status as a State Civil Apparatus (ASN), member of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), or the Indonesian National Police (Polri), and must possess no Civil Servant Identification Number (NIP).

* Proven background in organizational leadership, academic research, project management, or relevant professional internships.
* Prior work experience or internships within the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas, the World Bank, or other international development agencies.
* Demonstrated involvement or background in tourism development, economic development, spatial planning, sustainable growth, public policy, or international development cooperation.
## Scope of Work and Key Responsibilities
Selected candidates will play an indispensable role in maintaining operational excellence, driving administrative workflows, and ensuring seamless communication across various institutional tiers.
* Administrative and Coordinative Support: Facilitate smooth day-to-day administrative operations and coordinate the execution phases of the SQTDP.
* Substantive Documentation: Assist in drafting, processing, and archiving technical materials and programmatic substance.
* Compliance Assurance: Verify that all required documentation strictly aligns with the operational guidelines governing SQTDP activities.
* Quality Assurance and Review: Support the comprehensive review process for documents submitted to secure the vital No Objection Letter (NOL) from the World Bank.
* Follow-Up Management: Ensure prompt and accurate integration of feedback, recommendations, or compliance requirements issued by the World Bank and external partners.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge for effective communication between the Directorate, the SQTDP team, the World Bank, various ministries, regional governments, and external stakeholders.
