Program Qualifications
We are looking for motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum D3/D4/S1 degree in Accounting, Management, or Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Chemical, Textile, or Textile Chemistry).
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Skill Set: Strong interpersonal communication, leadership potential, proactive initiative, and a high capacity for learning.
* Technical Proficiency: Competent in using standard office computer software.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at any of our Central Java operational sites, including Karanganyar, Sragen, Sukoharjo, Boyolali, Ungaran, Demak, Pemalang, or Pekalongan.
