Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree with a cumulative GPA of at least 2.75.
* Operational Readiness: A genuine willingness to perform mobile fieldwork, which involves frequent travel to visit and engage with rubber farming communities.
* Professional Discipline: A strong work ethic, high internal motivation, and a disciplined approach to task management.
* Soft Skills: Proven capabilities in leadership, effective communication, and persuasive negotiation.
* Technical Proficiency: Fluency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Commitment: Must be willing to undergo a 6-month intensive on-the-job training program and fulfill a 2-year service bond.
* Mobility: Full availability to be stationed at any of our operational facilities across Sumatra and Kalimantan.
