## General Requirements for Applicants
To qualify for the Management Trainee 9.0 program, candidates must meet the following baseline criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable university.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required for most roles; a minimum GPA of 3.30 is mandatory for the MT Mill position.
* Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
* Core Competencies: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, superior communication skills, and robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
* Mobility: Full willingness to be stationed at any of the KLK regional operational sites across Sumatra and Kalimantan.

2. MT Mill
