1. Production Operator, Forming (Glass Block C3)
This role is essential for maintaining the high standards of the glass molding process.
* Responsibilities: Oversee the transformation of pulled glass into blank glass blocks, monitor production efficiency, analyze and mitigate product defects, and participate in continuous improvement and training programs.
* Requirements:
* Male, minimum education of Vocational High School (SMK).
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a production operator.
* Basic computer literacy.
* Minimum height of 165 cm with proportional body weight.
* Must be prepared for physical environments (heat, dust, and noise) and shift work.
* Willing to be stationed in Cikarang.
2. Production Operator, Packing (IS)
Focusing on the final stages of the production line, this role ensures our products reach clients in perfect condition.
* Responsibilities: Manage the operation of palletizer and shrink-wrap machinery, ensure packaging efficiency targets are met, and uphold environmental and quality management standards.
* Requirements:
* Male, minimum education of Vocational High School (SMK).
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a production setting.
* Capable of operating computer systems.
* Minimum height of 165 cm with proportional body weight.
* Resilient in demanding environments (heat/noise/dust) and available for shift schedules.
* Willing to be stationed in Cikarang.
3. Production Operator, Screen Printing

* Responsibilities: Handle the manual packaging of finished printed products, maintain high throughput during the printing and packing cycle, and ensure all quality protocols are strictly followed.
* Requirements:
* Male, minimum education of Vocational High School (SMK).
* Minimum 1 year of professional production experience.
* Computer literate.
* Minimum height of 165 cm with proportional weight.
* Comfortable working in industrial conditions (dusty, hot, noisy) and committed to shift work.
* Willing to be stationed in Cikarang.
4. Production Unit Head, Screen Printing
A leadership role for those ready to drive productivity and manage technical teams effectively.
* Responsibilities: Manage production budgets, including labor overtime, oversee the screen creation and bottle printing processes, ensure quality control standards, and mentor subordinates.
* Requirements:
* Male, holding a D3 degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or relevant fields.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a Supervisory or Unit Head role.
* Must not be color blind and must not wear glasses.
* Willing to work in an industrial plant environment (Cikarang).
