* Possession of a minimum Diploma Degree in Nautical Studies (ANT III), complemented by a mandatory ORU Certificate.

* A robust maritime background including a minimum of 4 years of sea service, with at least 2 years served as a Chief Engineer onboard.
* Proficiency and familiarity with the implementation of the ISM (International Safety Management) Code.
* Prior experience with floating cranes is considered a valuable advantage.
