* Experience: At least 5 years of maritime experience, with direct background in the palm oil sector preferred.
* Core Competencies:
* Extensive proficiency in managing escort operations, anchoring procedures, and cargo loading/unloading.
* Solid grasp of navigation fundamentals and maritime safety regulations.
* Operational fluency with marine communication tools, including VHF Radio, AIS, and GPS.
