1. IPC Staff
This role is essential in maintaining our rigorous quality standards. You will monitor and control production processes to ensure all chemical, physical, and sensory parameters are met, while proactively identifying trends to drive continuous improvement.
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related field.
* Proficiency in operating HPLC equipment.
* Strong analytical problem-solving mindset with a high level of perseverance.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a shift-based environment.
* Solid competency in MS Office applications.
2. Production Staff

* Diploma (D3) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

* CSR & Health Strategy: Develop and execute long-term sustainability programs in collaboration with NGOs, educational institutions, and local partners.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Map and maintain strategic relationships with community leaders, government agencies, and public organizations to reinforce our corporate reputation.
* Media Relations: Develop and execute media strategies, including press conferences and media briefings, while building strong networks with journalists and editors.
* Monitoring & Evaluation: Analyze program performance, media sentiment, and stakeholder feedback to provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Development Studies, or related fields.
* At least 8 years of professional experience in CSR, public affairs, or corporate sustainability.
* Deep familiarity with ESG frameworks, media engagement tools, and impact measurement.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Willingness to travel for program deployment and stakeholder meetings.
