## Available Career Positions
We are currently seeking talented and dedicated individuals to fill the following roles across various locations in Indonesia:
1. Receptionist (Jakarta)
* Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Entry-level candidates (fresh graduates) are encouraged to apply.
* Age range: 18–30 years old.
* Physical requirements: Minimum height of 170 cm (male) and 160 cm (female).
* Experience as a building receptionist is preferred.
* Must be proficient in Visitor Management Systems and possess excellent communication skills.
2. Technician (Jakarta & Denpasar)
* Male, minimum SMA/SMK education.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting CCTV systems and RFID technology.
* Strong mechanical skills and effective communication.

* Ability to work cohesively within a team environment.
3. Security Guard
* Male, minimum SMA/SMK education.
* Must possess a valid Gada Pratama certificate.

5. Team Leader Technician
* Experience: 3–5 years in Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing (MEP) with 1–2 years in a leadership role.
* Technical Proficiencies: Troubleshooting electrical systems (Genset, UPS, Panels), HVAC/Mechanical (Chiller, Elevator, Escalator), and Plumbing/Fire safety.
* Requirements: Ability to read technical drawings (Wiring Diagrams, As-Built) and manage preventive maintenance schedules.
* Certifications: Valid K3 (General or Electrical) or relevant technical certificates are highly preferred.
6. Chief Engineer
* Experience: 5–7 years in MEP with at least 3 years as a Chief Engineer or MEP Manager.
* Expertise: Advanced knowledge in vendor management, budgetary planning (RAB), and technical specifications (TOR/RKS).
* Technical Skills: Mastery of AutoCAD, CMMS software, and Microsoft Office (specifically Excel for cost estimation).
