As we continue to expand our operations, PT Aplus Pacific is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team at the Head Office in Kapuk Poglar, West Jakarta. If you are ready to elevate your career within a thriving manufacturing environment, consider the following vacancies:

1. Finance Staff (Accounts Receivable)

Responsibilities:

* Confirm customer billing and process payment settlements.
* Coordinate collection visits for field agents.
* Verify invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders (PO).
* Maintain organized and systematic documentation of all billing records.

Qualifications:

* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Accounting or Management.
* At least 3 years of experience in a related role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

2. Finance Staff (Accounts Payable)

Responsibilities:

* Review and process incoming billing documents.
* Analyze and follow up on the completeness of billing data.
* Input data into the company’s accounting system.
* Monitor bill payments through the Treasury/Cash Management department.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, or Management.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an AP Finance staff member in a single company.
* Strong understanding of accounting journals and tax regulations (VAT, PPh 21, 23, and 4(2)).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics AX and Microsoft Office.

3. PPIC Staff

Responsibilities:

* Monitor production plans to align with delivery schedules and project targets.
* Manage safety stock levels for both raw materials and finished goods.
* Analyze costs and project budgets.
* Generate daily reports on production progress, inventory, and delivery.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Expertise in Production, Planning, and Inventory Control (PPIC) concepts.
* Highly proficient in MS Excel.

4. Quality Control Administrator

Responsibilities:

* Track product development and conduct quality tests.
* Verify final product standards.
* Maintain accurate QC records, checklists, and documentation.

Qualifications:

* Deep understanding of manufacturing QC processes.
* Analytical, communicative, and proactive mindset.
* Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office.

5. AC Technician

Responsibilities:

* Install new air conditioning units.
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

* Minimum High School (SLTA) or equivalent education.
* At least 5 years of professional experience as an AC technician.
* Technical proficiency with compressors, modules, and various units (Cassette/Split).
* Experience with Daikin systems is a significant advantage.
* Must be based in Kapuk Poglar, West Jakarta, and willing to travel to branch offices as needed.
