## Candidate Requirements
To maintain our operational excellence, candidates should meet the following professional criteria:
* Industry Experience: Prior experience in the mineral mining sector is highly preferred.
* Tenure Requirements:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same position and level for Supervisor roles and above.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position and level for Staff roles.
* Financial Expertise: Proficiency in cost accounting, financial reporting, COGS/COGM analysis is mandatory for roles 4, 6, and 14.
* Audit Background: Applicants for the Accounting Staff (No. 4) position should possess experience as an external auditor.
* Technical Skills: For the Civil Supervisor position (No. 8), proficiency in AutoCAD specifically related to road construction is required.
* Specialized Qualifications:
* Marketing & Shipping Manager: Must be fluent in Mandarin for business operations.
* Head of Luwuk Office: Must possess a strong background in both finance and logistics.
* Legal Staff (Site Penu): Preference is given to candidates currently residing in the Sulawesi region.
