## Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following educational and professional criteria:
* Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any major; graduates from a recognized maritime school are strongly preferred.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with an ideal experience range of 0 to 2 years in the shipping or maritime industry.

## Key Responsibilities and Duties
As an Operation Staff member handling shipping agency tasks, your daily responsibilities will revolve around coordinating, monitoring, and executing smooth port calls. Your primary duties will include:
1. Vessel Schedule Planning: Formulating comprehensive operational arrangements for assigned vessel calls, ensuring full alignment with strict schedules and operational needs.
2. Operational Tracking: Actively tracking vessel movements and onboard activities starting from the pre-arrival stage all the way through to final sailing.
3. Follow-Up Management: Overseeing the complete execution of necessary operational arrangements and communicating proactively with relevant stakeholders.
4. Instruction Handling: Processing incoming vessel appointments, estimated time of arrival (ETA) updates, and direct operational instructions from principals or general agents.
5. Stakeholder Coordination: Exchanging crucial vessel data and paperwork seamlessly with principals, customers, and associated external parties.
6. Port Logistics Coordination: Organizing arrival notifications and berth schedules alongside relevant maritime authorities.
7. Port Services Arrangement: Securing necessary pilotage, tugboats, mooring gangs, and auxiliary vessel services.
8. Documentation and Compliance: Compiling and submitting mandatory pre-arrival paperwork to designated government and port authorities.
9. Port Clearance Execution: Managing vessel in-clearances efficiently alongside CIQP (Customs, Immigration, Quarantine, and Port Health), local port authorities, and independent marine surveyors.
10. Cargo Operations Oversight: Monitoring ongoing vessel loading and discharging procedures while coordinating closely with terminal operators and related teams.
