## Requirements for Applicants
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate excellence, reliability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. To be considered for these positions, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Educational Background
* All positions require a minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or its equivalent.
Professional Experience
* For Staff and SPG/SPB roles (Positions 3, 5, 7, 9, and 10): A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the applied field is required.
* For Team Leader roles (Positions 1, 2, 4, 6, and 8): A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the applied field is mandatory.
