## Current Open Positions
We are looking for talented professionals to fill the following roles at our Deli Serdang facility:
1. Cashier (Finance)
The Cashier plays a vital role in maintaining the financial integrity of our factory operations.
* Responsibilities: Managing daily factory cash reports, performing daily cash counts, processing sales receipts, and generating comprehensive product and defective goods sales reports.
* Requirements: Minimum D3 degree in Accounting or Office Administration (GPA 3.00+), proficiency in MS Excel, and at least one year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
2. QC Analyst
Ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards is the core mission of our Quality Control department.
* Responsibilities: Analyzing production and incoming raw material samples, documenting analytical reports, and reporting any deviations to management.
* Requirements: Minimum D3 degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or Biotechnology (GPA 3.00+), proficiency in MS Office, and a keen eye for detail.
3. HRGA Staff
This position is responsible for creating a harmonious and compliant working environment that supports both productivity and employee welfare.
* Responsibilities: Managing HR and General Affair operations, including attendance, labor contracts, site security, and building maintenance. You will also lead efforts in ISO compliance, 5S implementation, Halal certification, and maintaining positive community relations.
* Requirements: Minimum S1 degree in Law or Management (GPA 3.00+), with preference given to candidates with manufacturing industry experience.
4. Quality Control Supervisor
We are looking for a leader to oversee our quality assurance procedures and ensure all laboratory processes adhere to strict safety and quality protocols.
* Responsibilities: Managing analysis schedules, supervising sample analysis, monitoring release procedures, and ensuring the availability of lab supplies.
* Requirements: Minimum S1 degree in Food Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Biology (GPA 3.00+), with at least one year of QC experience and strong knowledge of chemical and microbiological analysis.
5. PPIC Supervisor
The Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Supervisor ensures that our manufacturing processes run efficiently and meet market demand.
* Responsibilities: Developing production plans, tracking material requirements, managing arrival schedules, and monitoring inventory levels for both raw materials and finished goods.
* Requirements: Minimum S1 degree in Industrial Engineering (GPA 3.00+), 1–2 years of relevant experience, leadership capability, and proficiency in SAP or Oracle integration software.
6. Engineering & Production Supervisor
Our engineering team keeps our factory infrastructure running smoothly through proactive maintenance and technical improvements.
* Responsibilities: Monitoring daily downtime, managing maintenance schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual), evaluating team performance, and driving continuous improvement in technical systems.
* Requirements: Minimum S1 degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (GPA 3.00+), 1–2 years of maintenance/utility experience, and strong familiarity with PLC systems and electrical maintenance.
