We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join our growing team as an Operator.
## Role Overview: Key Responsibilities
As an Operator, you will be at the forefront of our energy delivery operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and consistency in our gas distribution processes. Your daily duties will include:
* Compressor Management: Operating and monitoring industrial compressors to maintain optimal pressure levels.
* CNG Handling: Executing the natural gas filling process safely and accurately at our Mother Station.
* Distribution Operations: Overseeing the systematic delivery and distribution of gas directly to our client sites.
* Thermal Equipment Maintenance: Demonstrating a technical understanding of heat transfer systems, including heat exchangers, industrial coolers, water heaters, and electric heaters.
* Instrument Oversight: Managing and troubleshooting critical instrumentation, such as regulators, control valves, pressure safety valves (PSV), and various industrial valve configurations.
## Qualifications and Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate who is technically proficient, disciplined, and ready to take on the challenges of a fast-paced energy environment. To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional experience within the Oil & Gas or manufacturing sectors. Prior experience working within the gas industry is considered a distinct advantage.
* Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or vocational degree (SMK/STM), with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
* Technical Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and administrative tasks.
* Operational Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in a shift-based environment and fully willing to be stationed at various project locations outside the city.
* Compliance: Proof of completion for the mandatory booster vaccination.
