Job Responsibilities
* Annual Delivery Program (ADP) Management: Compile and prepare all essential data and information required for the development of the ADP, determining precise DSLNG shipping schedules and projected LNG deliveries to buyers to ensure timely negotiations.
* Buyer Coordination & SPA Implementation: Liaise, communicate, and negotiate directly with buyers under managerial guidance to effectively execute LNG Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPAs), including pricing adjustments and contract terms.
* Contractual Procedures: Facilitate necessary operational procedures such as drafting SPA amendments, conducting correlation tests, and appointing surveyors and seller representatives to guarantee seamless LNG dispatches.
* Cargo Operations & Documentation: Oversee cargo delivery activities and paperwork, including loading/discharging instructions and port authority clearances, ensuring absolute document validity and on-time shipments.
* Inventory Management: Generate accurate LNG inventory data, propose weekly inventory strategies, coordinate with site teams, and organize shipping timetables to proactively manage upcoming logistical demands.
* Commercial Billing & Calculations: Prepare precise financial calculations and draft invoices related to LNG cargoes based on the Japan Crude Cocktail (JCC) benchmark to safeguard DSLNG's commercial interests.
