1. Quality Control (Leader)
* Role: Oversee daily quality control operations to ensure production adheres to strict specifications. Coordinate with internal divisions to mitigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1), experience in FMCG quality control, team leadership skills, and flexibility for shift work in Pati, Central Java.
2. R&D Regulatory Export Specialist
* Role: Lead product registration, ensure regulatory compliance (BPOM, SNI, international standards), and manage export projects.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, 2–3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, and deep familiarity with import/export documentation and local regulations.
3. Brand Officer
* Role: Execute end-to-end brand campaigns, analyze market trends, and track performance against key KPIs to foster brand growth.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business, at least 2 years of experience in brand management, and proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Nielsen, Google Analytics).
4. Electrical Maintenance Manager
* Role: Strategize and manage the maintenance of production machinery and utilities, focusing on troubleshooting, automation (PLC/pneumatic), and operational efficiency.
* Requirements: Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 3+ years in industrial maintenance, and knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
