## Job Overview: Production Operator
We are currently hiring motivated individuals to fill the role of Production Operator. In this capacity, you will play a vital role on our manufacturing floor, ensuring that every seat produced meets the rigorous quality and safety standards our brand is known for.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute daily manufacturing tasks in strict compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Monitor production lines to maintain optimal output efficiency and adhere to daily assembly targets.
* Perform quality control checks to identify and resolve defects, ensuring products align with automotive industry benchmarks.
* Collaborate seamlessly with team members and supervisors to maintain a safe and productive workplace.
Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* Experience: Prior hands-on experience as a production operator within a manufacturing setting is highly advantageous, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
