Candidate Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following criteria to be considered for the role:
* Gender: Female
* Age: 20 to 24 years old
* Height: Minimum 155 cm
* Education: High school graduate (SMA / SMK or equivalent)
* Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in a manufacturing or fabrication company (highly preferred)
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating blade machinery and familiarity with precision measuring tools (such as microscopes, peak micrometers, and calipers)
