## Join Our Expanding Team
As we continue to scale our operations, we are inviting talented and driven individuals to join our professional workforce. We are currently seeking applicants for the following positions:
1. Mold Operator
* Requirements: Male, max age 28; Min. height 165cm; SMA education or equivalent.
* Skills: At least 1 year of plastic injection experience; proficient in preventive mold maintenance, setup, and troubleshooting.
* Additional: Must be computer literate, diligent, and physically fit. Vaccination/antigen test proof required.
2. Line Quality Control
* Requirements: Male, max age 25; Min. height 165cm; SMA education or equivalent.
* Skills: At least 1 year of experience as a QC in an injection environment; leadership skills; knowledge of 5S; proficient in using measuring instruments (Caliper, Torque).
* Additional: Must be capable of handling reports (inspection standards, quality complaints) and comfortable working in shifts.
3. Maintenance Technician
* Requirements: Male, max age 40; Min. height 165cm; SMA/SMK education.
* Skills: At least 1 year of experience; expert in electrical installation and repair; capable of maintaining injection machines, chillers, generators, compressors, and pumps.
* Additional: Excellent analytical skills; must be willing to work shifts and on holidays.
4. Operator / QM Injection
* Responsibilities: Ensuring 5S in the work area, managing production cycles, accurate packing, and timely reporting of daily production logs.
* Requirements: Male, max age 28; Min. height 165cm; min 1 year of injection experience. Must be detail-oriented, have excellent vision (no glasses/minus), and maintain a professional appearance.
5. Assembly Operator
* Requirements: Male, max age 28; Min. height 165cm; min 1 year of assembly experience; SMA/SMK education.
* Key Traits: Must not have color blindness or vision issues (no glasses/minus). High level of focus and physical health is mandatory.
6. Accounting Specialist
* Responsibilities: Managing monthly and annual tax audits, KPI management, monthly financial reporting, and cost improvement initiatives.
* Requirements: D3/D4 in Accounting; min 3 years of experience; max age 30.
* Skills: Expertise in financial statement analysis, accounting software, and comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian tax reporting.
