## Recruiter Job Description
As our new Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle to ensure our organization is powered by top-tier talent. Your core responsibilities will include:
* Managing candidate screening and selection processes to fulfill organizational staffing needs.
* Administering employee psychological tests and accurately scoring the results.
* Conducting thorough candidate interviews utilizing Behavior Event Interview (BEI) techniques.
* Preparing and submitting comprehensive daily recruitment progress reports.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following professional and educational requirements:
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s (S1) Degree in Psychology.
* Experience: At least 1 year of proven professional experience in recruitment.
* Technical Skills: Fully proficient in administering and interpreting psychological testing tools.
* Work Arrangement: Full-time Work From Office (WFO) based in West Jakarta.
