1. Technology Staff
This role is vital for supporting the engineering workflow at our Banyuwangi facility.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing documentation, supervising output technology standards, handling design integration, issuing Design Change Requests (DCR), and monitoring fabrication and electrical standards.
* Skills: Proficiency in technical drawing interpretation, welding standards (WPS, WP, PQR, NDT/DT), and troubleshooting design or interior systems.
* Qualifications: D3/D4/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, Welding, or Railway Engineering. Experience with international technical standards and a willingness to adapt to new technologies are required.
2. Production Operator Staff
Join our front-line team responsible for the precision execution of manufacturing processes.
* Key Responsibilities: Executing machining, metalwork, and assembly tasks according to blueprints; performing self-quality checks; and ensuring operational readiness of machinery.
* Skills: Expertise in operating industrial machinery (CNC, welding, cutting, bending), metal fabrication basics, and utilizing precision measurement tools.
* Qualifications: Vocational high school (SMK) in Welding, Machining, or Electrical Engineering. Relevant technical certifications (CNC, welding) are highly preferred.
3. Quality Control Staff
Ensure the integrity and safety of our rail products through rigorous testing protocols.
* Key Responsibilities: Overseeing welding quality from start to finish, conducting Destructive (DT) and Non-Destructive (NDT) testing, and managing design change documentation.
* Skills: Mastery of quality measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, hardness tester) and deep knowledge of welding inspection standards.
* Qualifications: D3/D4/S1 in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. Valid certifications as a Welding Inspector or NDT (PT/MT/VT/UT) are preferred.
