## Ideal Candidate Qualifications
We seek candidates who demonstrate academic excellence and a strong aptitude for technical and systemic problem-solving. To be considered for this cohort, please ensure you meet the following requirements:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.00, or a Master’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.25 from a reputable university.
* Field of Study: Candidates must have a degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science.
* Work Experience: While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, we also welcome professionals with 2 to 3 years of full-time experience in Forestry, Manufacturing, Engineering, Data, Automotive, or the FMCG sector.
* Core Competencies: Applicants should exhibit strong leadership potential, self-motivation, and the flexibility to excel in both team-based and independent working environments.
* Language Proficiency: Absolute fluency in English, both verbal and written, is mandatory for effective communication across our global operations.

Successful candidates will be required to demonstrate high levels of mobility and dedication to our operational sites. Please take note of the following logistical information:

* Work Placement: Selected trainees must be willing to be based at our operational sites in Banjarmasin, Samarinda, or other remote project locations.
