## Open Position: Junior Operator
We are currently looking for a dedicated Junior Operator to join our Operations Department based in Cilamaya, Karawang. This role is pivotal in maintaining the reliability and high-performance standards of our massive power generation facility. Core Responsibilities
As a Junior Operator, you will serve on the front lines of our daily operations. Your primary duties will include:
* Operational Management: Safely monitor and operate Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCP) systems to ensure maximum efficiency.
* Process Control: Execute essential plant activities, including start-up, shutdown, and equipment regulation.
* Data Integrity: Conduct regular facility inspections, document operational metrics, and flag any equipment abnormalities immediately.
* Technical Proficiency: Utilize technical documentation, such as Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), logic diagrams, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), to guide your work.
* System Maintenance: Assist in monitoring chemical systems, water treatment processes, and waste management.
* Safety Compliance: Uphold rigorous safety, quality, and environmental protocols at all times.
* Team Collaboration: Maintain seamless communication during shift handovers and participate actively in routine testing procedures.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong technical foundation and a proactive mindset. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical, Instrumentation & Control, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in operations, ideally within a power plant or heavy industry. High-potential fresh graduates with robust technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.*
* Technical Knowledge: A solid grasp of CCP operations, power plant terminology, and the ability to interpret complex technical drawings and logic diagrams.
* Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities and a sharp attention to detail.
