## Job Opening: Administration Staff
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Staff member to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our logistics and operational flow.
Key Responsibilities
* Inventory Oversight: Manage the storage, inventory tracking, and distribution of promotional and healthcare-related materials.
* Operational Excellence: Ensure that all materials are delivered accurately and on time to field teams and regional branches.
* Documentation & Accuracy: Maintain precise shipping records and documentation to ensure high inventory accuracy.
* Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to facilitate smooth, uninterrupted distribution processes.
Required Qualifications
