Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Environmental Engineering.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 2.80/4.00.
* Experience: Previous experience as a Laboratory Analyst is highly preferred (minimum 1 year).
* Core Technical Skills:
* HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Management.
* Environmental impact analysis.
* Water sampling techniques and collection methods.
* Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA).
* Proficiency in laboratory equipment and device operation.
Core Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of water systems and environmental compliance within the estate, including:
1. Water Quality Management: Collecting and analyzing wastewater from PT KIM’s treatment units and industrial partners, as well as testing clean water supplies.
2. Laboratory Maintenance: Managing laboratory inventory, tracking chemical consumption, performing internal equipment calibrations, and ensuring all tools are in optimal working condition.
3. Reporting and Compliance: Compiling daily and monthly reports, and preparing official documentation for submission to relevant regulatory authorities.
4. Operational Support: Executing additional tasks as assigned by the Department and Division Heads to support departmental objectives.
