* Professional Experience: At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in recruitment.
* Mass Recruitment Proficiency: Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment drives and the ability to generate comprehensive daily reports.
* Technical Skills: Advanced computer literacy, with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel proficiency.
* Process Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including vacancy posting, candidate screening, behavior-based interviewing techniques, and essential HR documentation.
* Psychological Testing: Ability to administer, score, and interpret standard psychological assessment tools.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, combined with a meticulous, systematic, and organized work ethic.
