## 1. Training Center Staff
We are looking for an analytical and creative professional to manage our internal talent development programs.
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology (Industrial and Organizational specialization).
* Skill Set: Strong understanding of Training Need Analysis (TNA) and experience in analyzing employee development requirements.
* Creative Aptitude: Ability to create engaging posters and perform basic video editing.
* Communication: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills; proficient in English (verbal and written).
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced usage of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with 6S and GMP standards in the food industry.
* Soft Skills: Strong collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal communication.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
## 2. HSE Staff
We are seeking a safety-conscious professional to uphold our environmental and occupational health standards.
* Education: Minimum D4 or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Environmental Engineering, OHS (K3), or Public Health.
* Certification: Mandatory possession of an active General OHS (Ahli K3 Umum) or Kemnaker K3 certification.
* Regulatory Expertise: In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards.
* Technical Duties: Capable of identifying workplace hazards, conducting risk assessments, monitoring site compliance, and executing safety patrols.
* Reporting: Proven ability to draft comprehensive HSE reports.
* Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with Food Safety, 6S, and GMP protocols.
* Core Competencies: Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working in a cross-functional collaborative environment.
* Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
