## Open Positions at MIPCON Group
We are currently seeking motivated, experienced individuals to fill several key roles within our organization. Below are the current vacancies and their respective requirements.
1. Instrument Engineer (Code: AIE05)
This role requires a highly technical professional capable of handling multi-project environments.
* Experience: Over 7 years of relevant experience in oil/gas, palm oil, or process industries.
* Technical Proficiency: Skilled in creating engineering documentation (datasheets, calculations, drawings, control narratives).
* Instrument Selection: Demonstrated ability to select field instruments, including transmitters, gauges, switches, and ATG systems.
* System Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of PLC and DCS systems for both selection and operation.
* Sizing Capabilities: Proficient in basic sizing for control valves, flow elements, and PSVs.
* Vendor Management: Ability to conduct thorough reviews of vendor/contractor documentation and provide actionable technical feedback.
* Flexibility: Willingness to manage multiple projects simultaneously and conduct site visits for surveys and supervision.
* Communication: Strong coordination skills for both internal team collaboration and external stakeholder management.
2. Electrical Engineer (Code: AET08)
We are looking for an electrical expert to support our large-scale industrial construction projects.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 5 years of experience in electrical work within industrial construction.
* Standards Knowledge: Deep familiarity with PUIL, SNI, and relevant international electrical standards.
* Background: Previous experience working with contractors or supervision consultants is required.
* Availability: Preference will be given to candidates who are not currently bound by other employment contracts.
3. Project Control (Code: APC10)
Our project control team is seeking a strategic thinker to ensure our projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
* Experience: At least 3 years in a project control capacity, specifically within the EPC, Oil & Gas, or Petrochemical sectors.
* Core Competencies: Strong knowledge of project management lifecycles, including cost estimation, budgeting, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
* Software Skills: Mastery of Primavera P6, MS Project, or other industry-standard project control tools.
* Reporting: Ability to produce clear, detailed performance reports for senior management and clients.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
4. Mechanical Engineer (Code: AML11)
We invite experienced mechanical engineers to join our construction and plant development projects.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in mechanical engineering within construction, with a strong preference for factory or plant construction.
* Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of national and international mechanical design codes and standards.
* Teamwork: Proven ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team.
* Availability: Preference will be given to applicants who are available for immediate engagement.
