1. Production Operator – Cutting
This role is essential to our precision manufacturing workflow. The successful candidate will ensure that our glass products meet rigorous quality standards from the moment they exit the production line.
* Execute glass cutting procedures within the Cutting On-Line department.
* Manage the organized packing of glass products.
* Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in the cutting zone.
* Adhere strictly to operational protocols, equipment usage guidelines, and safety standards.
* Participate in specialized job-related training programs.
* Minimum education level of SMA/SMK.
* Basic computer literacy.
* Must not wear glasses and must not be color blind.
* Ability to work in a rotating shift system.
* Willingness to perform duties in a high-temperature, noisy, and dusty industrial environment.
* Work location: Cikarang.
2. Production Operator – Forming
The Forming Operator plays a vital role in transforming pulled glass into premium finished glass blocks. Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude are key to succeeding in this position.
* Manage the forming process to ensure maximum yield of high-quality glass blocks.
* Monitor operational factors to prevent and reduce production defects.
* Support the implementation of quality and environmental management systems.
* Actively participate in departmental training and employee development initiatives.
* Minimum education level of SMK (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
* At least one year of relevant experience in a similar production role.
* Computer proficiency.
* Must not wear glasses and must not be color blind.
* Must be physically prepared to work in a challenging, industrial environment (heat, noise, dust).
* Flexibility to work in shifts.
* Work location: Cikarang.
