## Join Our Dynamic Team: Warehouse Staff Position
INACO is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our operations team as a Warehouse Staff member in Bekasi. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of our distribution processes.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence within the warehouse by performing the following tasks:
* Documentation Audit: Reviewing previous day’s shipping documents, including Purchase Orders and quantity verification.
* DPH Reconciliation: Conducting cross-checks between sent invoices and the Daily Delivery List (DPH).
* Delivery Management: Processing Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation and managing Goods Issue (GI) cancellations.
* Order Adjustments: Updating dates for Delivery Orders (DO) that were not successfully dispatched.
* Inventory Accuracy: Verifying remaining stock levels, confirming sent invoices, and reconciling final delivery documentation.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major.
2. Professional Experience: Possess at least one year of relevant experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an advanced command of Microsoft Excel.
4. Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, high level of self-discipline, and a proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
5. Systems Knowledge: Prior experience or familiarity with SAP software is considered a significant advantage.
6. Availability: Must be willing to be stationed at the INACO production facility in Bekasi.
