## Candidate Requirements
To qualify for these roles, candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Possession of a D3 or S1 degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or degrees in Japanese or Mandarin Language/Literature.
* Professional Experience: Previous experience in the manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory. Candidates with Japanese or Mandarin fluency are strongly preferred.
* Special Requirement: For the Japanese Interpreter position, a valid JLPT N3, N2, or N1 certification is required.
