## Job Overview: Production Foreman
As a Production Foreman, you will serve as a vital link on the factory floor, bridging strategic manufacturing targets with daily operational execution. This role demands hands-on leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive mindset to optimize plant performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Oversight: Direct and supervise day-to-day machine operations to ensure strict adherence to established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Quality and Quantity Control: Monitor production workflows within your designated zone to consistently meet or exceed output targets and quality benchmarks.
* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate, timely, and comprehensive logs of all production activities and shift metrics.
* Material Management: Coordinate closely with logistics and planning teams to guarantee that raw material supplies align seamlessly with active production schedules.
* Continuous Improvement: Drive innovative problem-solving initiatives and process enhancements to boost overall plant productivity and efficiency.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3/D4) in Engineering, preferably majoring in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* Professional Experience: 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment. (Highly motivated fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).
* Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, autonomous maintenance (AM), planned maintenance (PM), continuous improvement frameworks, 5S methodologies, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
* Core Competencies: Strong leadership capabilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high professional integrity, accountability, and resilience under pressure.
* Work Arrangement: Willingness to work in a rotational shift system (with scheduled days off).
* Work Location: Based at our advanced manufacturing plant in East Cikarang.
