## Graduate Acceleration Program (GAP) – Batch XX
The Graduate Acceleration Program is designed for high-achieving fresh graduates who are ready to transition into leadership and technical roles within the forestry industry.
Program Prerequisites:
* Age Limit: Maximum 25 years old.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Forestry, Agriculture, Civil Engineering, Law, Geography, or Soil Science.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Commitment: Willingness to sign a three-year service bond.
* Training Phase: Candidates must undergo a six-month intensive training program.
* Mobility: Must be prepared for On-the-Job Training (OJT) and permanent placement in remote operational areas, specifically East Kutai and West Kutai, East Kalimantan.
## Mandor Acceleration Program (MAP) – Batch 19
The Mandor (Foreman) Acceleration Program targets motivated high school and vocational graduates who possess a strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in field operations.
Program Prerequisites:
* Age Limit: Maximum 22 years old.
* Education: High school (SMA/SMK) diploma in Forestry, Agriculture, Engineering, Accounting, or Informatics.
* Commitment: Willingness to sign a three-year service bond.
* Training Phase: Successful candidates will complete a six-month training curriculum.
* Mobility: Full availability for OJT and assignment to remote areas within the East Kalimantan operational region.
## HR & Finance Trainee Opportunities
