## Logistics Operator Requirements
To maintain our high standards of production and inventory management, ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum High School (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK) graduate, preferably with a focus on Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical Engineering.
* Professional Experience: 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial maintenance.
* Operational Skills:
* Proficiency in operating production machinery.
* Strong understanding of Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Proven ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
* Possession of a valid SIM A driver’s license for operational duties.
* Maintenance Knowledge: Familiarity with basic preventive maintenance, including visual inspections, lubrication, and light component replacement.
* Logistics Proficiency: Solid understanding of inventory storage, documentation, and material handling workflows.
* Digital Literacy: Ability to utilize basic computer programs, particularly Microsoft Excel or manual inventory management systems.
