* Mobility: Willing to be assigned to any Sociolla store location across Indonesia.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication abilities, high integrity, and a strong collaborative mindset for working within a team.
* Professional Drive: A genuine interest in building a career within the retail industry and a results-oriented mindset.
* Flexibility: Availability to work on a shift basis, including weekends and national holidays.
