## HR Officer Role and Responsibilities
The HR Officer position is critical to maintaining the operational efficiency of the organization. The selected candidate will play a multifaceted role in the employee lifecycle and regulatory compliance. Key duties include:
* Payroll and Compensation: Facilitating monthly payroll calculations, including the management of BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan (social security), as well as PPh 21 income tax obligations.
* Data Management: Maintaining organized, accurate, and up-to-date physical and digital employee records.
* Expatriate Administration: Managing the full spectrum of immigration requirements for foreign workers, including RPTKA, ITAS, STM, and SKTT processes, as well as general expatriate permit management (KITAS).
* Employee Lifecycle: Overseeing administrative procedures for hiring, resignations, and internal personnel transitions.
* Talent Acquisition: Coordinating the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to psychological testing, interviewing, and onboarding for full-time staff and interns.
* HR Operations: Supporting performance management, employee training programs, and the coordination of internal company events.
* Scheduling: Managing staff shift logistics to ensure seamless operational workflows.
## Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, applicants must demonstrate a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal proficiency. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a generalist HR capacity.
* Legal Knowledge: A deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws and comprehensive knowledge of BPJS regulations.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required for this position.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional negotiation skills, clear communication, and a commitment to service excellence.
* Soft Skills: A positive, team-oriented mindset, strong work ethic, and the ability to solve complex problems within a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
* Availability: Candidates must be willing to be stationed at the Sekolah Terpadu Sedaya Bintang in Summarecon Bandung.
