## Position Overview: Production Operator
We are currently seeking a motivated Production Operator to strengthen our manufacturing capabilities at our Cikarang facility. In this role, you will play a vital part in assembling and producing top-tier water solution systems that serve communities and industries throughout the region.
Key Qualifications and Requirements
To thrive in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/Vocational SMK graduate).
* Industry Experience: Previous hands-on experience as a Fitter will serve as a distinct professional advantage.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to safely and effectively operate workshop tools, including angle grinders and various fabrication equipment.
* Welding Skills: A solid understanding of welding machinery is required; practical welding capability is strongly preferred.
* Personal Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, strong personal discipline, and the ability to collaborate seamlessly within a multidisciplinary team.
* Work Environment: Fully comfortable working within an active production floor setting and adaptable to shifting operational demands.
