## Current Career Opportunities
1. Tax Associate
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of tax compliance and reporting.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing PPh (21, 23, 4(2), 25) and VAT (Input/Output), performing system reconciliations in SAP, ensuring vendor tax compliance, and preparing data for internal and external audits.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is essential. Brevet A & B certification is a distinct advantage.
2. Purchasing & Importation Associate
Manage the flow of goods and supply chain efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
* Key Responsibilities: Handling price negotiations, vendor performance monitoring (OTIF), accounts payable management, and overseeing complex import-export logistics and customs documentation (PIB/PEB).
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Management, or Engineering. Requires 1–3 years of experience and formal certification in customs procedures (PPJK).
3. Technical Officer
Provide specialized technical support to ensure the optimal performance of our heavy equipment solutions.
* Key Responsibilities: Coordinating troubleshooting activities, conducting root-cause analysis on technical cases, liaising with principals for site investigations, and creating field installation guides.
* Requirements: Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Naval Engineering. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in English are required. Must be willing to be assigned anywhere in Indonesia.
4. MT Marketing & Sales Site Department Head
Drive business growth and lead regional sales operations.
* Key Responsibilities: Strategic sales planning, market analysis, inventory optimization, and managing customer relations to ensure target achievement.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. We welcome fresh graduates who possess strong leadership potential, analytical thinking, and a data-driven approach to sales.
5. MT Supervisor
Ensure the quality and safety of maintenance and fabrication operations.
* Key Responsibilities: Coordinating mechanic workflows, overseeing overhaul/repair processes, conducting workforce training, and ensuring full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Heavy Equipment Engineering. Candidates should exhibit strong leadership and a deep understanding of preventive maintenance cycles.
6. Business Consultant

* Key Responsibilities: Managing the full sales cycle for heavy equipment attachments, from initial prospecting and proposal development to final delivery and after-sales support.
* Requirements: Engineering degree. Ideal for highly motivated, target-oriented individuals with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
7. After Sales Consultant
Focus on building long-term customer loyalty through superior service delivery.
* Key Responsibilities: Promoting aftermarket components and services, developing regional sales strategies, managing customer databases, and facilitating efficient payment collection.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a proactive mindset. Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license (SIM A) and be prepared for national placement.
