As a Safety Officer specializing in geothermal operations, you will act as the frontline guardian of workplace safety. Your primary mission is to enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols across all project phases.
Key responsibilities for this position include:
* Risk Assessment and Documentation: Draft comprehensive Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and Task Risk Assessments (TRA) prior to the commencement of any operational activities.
* Equipment Verification: Perform thorough inspections of work equipment, ensuring all tools and machinery meet strict certification standards and validity checks.
* PPE Compliance: Guarantee that every worker on-site is equipped with complete, certified, and properly maintained Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Permit Management: Prepare, submit, and eventually close out Permit to Work (PTW) documentation in accordance with strict operational timelines.
* Environmental Monitoring: Conduct precise $\text{H}_2\text{S}$ (Hydrogen Sulfide) gas measurements prior to initiating work in hazardous zones.
* Safety Briefings: Lead mandatory Pre-Job Safety Meetings (PJS) to align the team on daily hazards and safety procedures.
* Field Supervision: Actively monitor active job sites to ensure total adherence to established HSE standards.
* Data and Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of daily field HSE activities and compile comprehensive performance reports.

## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

The mandatory qualifications include:
