1. General Affair & Environment Specialist
This role focuses on maintaining seamless general facility operations while ensuring strict adherence to environmental regulations and corporate sustainability standards.
* Job Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily general service activities—including outsourcing, security, drivers, and cleaning services—to guarantee smooth facility management.
* Coordinate general service policies, regulate facility usage, and monitor infrastructure such as buildings, vehicles, and sports areas.
* Assist the General Affairs area team with building management, licensing, proposals, and infrastructure maintenance.
* Monitor environmental compliance, including adherence to Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLHK) regulations and national environmental laws.
* Track and evaluate operational parameters such as wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) water quality, air emissions, noise levels, and waste generation.
* Prepare comprehensive reports for environmental compliance programs (PROPER).
* Contribute to the creation and optimization of General Affairs operational systems.
