Job Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Staff member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the workforce that drives UPH forward. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Managing the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, spanning initial sourcing, candidate screening, interviews, job offerings, and seamless onboarding.

* Conducting thorough candidate screenings and preliminary interviews.
* Facilitating and coordinating interview schedules between prospective candidates and respective hiring managers.
* Establishing and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for future organizational needs.
* Assisting with various HR-related operations and administrative duties.
* Compiling comprehensive recruitment reports and delivering regular hiring progress updates to management.
Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology.
