## Available Management Trainee Tracks
We are currently recruiting for three core business pillars. Each program track entails assisting department managers, mastering operational workflows, performing performance evaluations, and engaging in strategic planning.
1. Management Trainee – Accounting
This track focuses on the financial backbone of the company. Trainees will assist in complex accounting tasks and develop deep insights into the Finance and Accounting department.
* Key Responsibilities: Analyzing financial data, assisting with departmental performance reports, and contributing to corporate financial strategy.
* Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Management.
* Fresh graduates from reputable universities with a minimum GPA of 3.20.
* Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and leadership potential.
* Willingness to be stationed anywhere across Indonesia.
2. Management Trainee – Sales Operation
Designed for those interested in the commercial side of FMCG, this role involves understanding market dynamics and optimizing sales operations to maximize business impact.
* Key Responsibilities: Supporting sales management, analyzing market performance, and participating in the development of commercial sales strategies.
* Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Fresh graduates with a minimum GPA of 3.20.
* Maximum age of 24 years old.
* Active involvement in organizational leadership during university.
* A proactive mindset and high mobility to work across Indonesia.
3. Management Trainee – Manufacturing
This program is tailored for aspiring leaders in production and technical operations, ensuring that the company maintains its high standards for product quality and efficiency.
* Key Responsibilities: Overseeing production workflows, evaluating manufacturing performance metrics, and assisting in industrial strategic improvements.
* Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Food Technology.
* Fresh graduates with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Maximum age of 25 years old.
* Demonstrated analytical capacity and a strong aptitude for solving technical challenges.
* Ready for deployment to any company manufacturing site in Indonesia.
