The Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, Small, and Medium Enterprises (PPKUKM) of DKI Jakarta is officially seeking highly motivated and integrity-driven professionals to join the Jakarta Creative Hub team for the 2026 fiscal year. This initiative aims to strengthen the operational excellence of our creative ecosystem through specialized expertise.
## Available Positions and Formations
We are inviting applications for seven distinct professional roles. Please note that each applicant is permitted to apply for only one position:
1. Creative Manager/Head: 1 position
2. Assistant Creative Manager: 1 position
3. IT & Asset Development Staff: 1 position
4. Social Media Specialist: 1 position
5. Multimedia & Graphic Designer: 1 position
6. Event Activations Specialist: 1 position
7. General Admin: 1 position
## Critical Recruitment Conditions
Please be advised that this recruitment is subject to the finalization of the 2026 Budget Implementation Document (DPA). Should the budget be unavailable or reduced, the department reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process or adjust the number of positions based on selection rankings without any obligation for compensation.
## General Eligibility Requirements
All applicants must satisfy the following fundamental criteria:
* Must be an Indonesian Citizen (WNI) in good physical health and free from illegal substances.
* Must have no prior history of imprisonment.
* Must be an active taxpayer with a valid Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP).
* Must possess a Bank DKI account.
* Must hold a Business Identification Number (NIB) under KBLI 70209 (Management Consulting Activities).
* Must have an active SIKAP account.
* Must be committed to full-time employment and not currently engaged as a professional expert in other government agencies.
## Specialized Skill Requirements
Candidates are expected to demonstrate specific expertise relevant to their chosen field:
* Creative Manager/Head: Maximum age 48; S1 degree; 3+ years experience. Strong background in leadership, strategic planning, budgeting, and English communication.
* Assistant Creative Manager: Maximum age 35; S1 degree; 2+ years experience. Expert in project management tools (Trello/Asana) and operational problem solving.
* IT & Asset Development Staff: Maximum age 35; S1 IT/SI degree; 1+ years experience. Skilled in networking (CCNA), web development, and hardware maintenance.
* Social Media Specialist: Maximum age 35; D3 degree; 1+ years experience. Proficient in copywriting, analytics (Meta/TikTok), and digital trend monitoring.
* Multimedia & Graphic Designer: Maximum age 40; S1 degree; 1+ years experience. Mastery of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro.
* Event Activation Specialist: Maximum age 35; D3 degree; 1+ years experience. Expert in event planning, vendor negotiations, and crisis management.
* General Admin: Maximum age 35; D3 degree; 1+ years experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and administrative systems.
## Application Procedure and Timeline
