## Position Overview: QC Inline Packing
The Quality Control department is currently seeking a dedicated professional to join the team at the Cicalengka facility. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the stringent health, safety, and quality standards that define the KIN brand from production to final packaging.
Core Responsibilities
* Monitor and inspect product quality meticulously throughout the filling and packaging stages.
* Verify the absolute accuracy of product labeling and coding specifications.
* Perform comprehensive packaging integrity tests.
* Assign accurate quality statuses to manufactured batches based on rigorous assessments.
* Maintain precise, real-time documentation and quality reports during active production runs.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) degree specializing in Chemical Analysis, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or closely related fields.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Deep familiarity with essential food safety and quality management systems, including HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP, and Halal Assurance standards.
* Technical Skills: Proven ability to operate specialized laboratory and measurement instruments such as analytical balances, vernier calipers, and vacuum testing devices.
* Analytical Competency: Strong understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies, including Control Charts used to monitor filling volumes accurately.
* Personal Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, highly methodical, and possessing sharp visual and physical sensory acuity.
