Production and Technical Roles
* Supervisor Production (Kitchen Set): Requires a background in Industrial Engineering or Design with 2+ years of furniture production experience. Must be proficient in CNC operations and technical drawings.
* Staff Research & Development (Kitchen): Seeking candidates with a background in engineering or product design. Expertise in aluminium fabrication, anodizing, and powder coating is highly valued.
* Product Development Supervisor: A leadership role for engineering graduates with a focus on product design, fabrication methods, and technical analysis. Proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp is essential.
* Supervisor Production (Assembly): Ideal for manufacturing professionals experienced in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen. You will oversee mass-production assembly lines.
* PPIC Staff (Kitchen/Interior): Requires strong analytical skills in material requirements planning and a deep understanding of furniture manufacturing workflows. Advanced MS Excel proficiency is mandatory.
* Engineer R&D Staff: A role for experienced engineering professionals (3+ years) focusing on metal-based product development and technical drafting (2D/3D).
* Leader Production (Coating): Seeking specialists with a background in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering to oversee anodizing, powder coating, and wet painting processes.
* Admin PPIC: A detail-oriented role focused on administrative coordination and material procurement support for our production lines.
