## The Role: Supervisor Development Program (SVDP)
The Supervisor Development Program is designed to cultivate the next generation of operational leaders. As a supervisor, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing excellence, ensuring that our high standards of quality and efficiency are met across every shift. Your core responsibilities will include:
* Production Oversight: Monitoring and controlling production output throughout your shift to ensure all targets align with the company’s strategic planning.
* Problem Solving: Proactively identifying operational bottlenecks and conducting root cause analysis to address issues related to production volume, product defects, and material waste.
* Operational Excellence: Directing, monitoring, and implementing robust workplace safety protocols and 5R (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) methodologies to maintain a high-functioning environment.
## Required Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess a blend of technical aptitude, leadership potential, and a proactive mindset. To be considered for this program, you must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: A Diploma degree (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
2. Experience: While fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, candidates with at least two years of professional experience in a production environment will be prioritized.
3. Skills: Strong communication skills and proven leadership capabilities to effectively manage team dynamics.
4. Flexibility: Must be willing to work in a rotating shift schedule.
5. Location: Reside in or be fully prepared to relocate to the Tangerang area.
