What You Will Achieve in the NXT Program
Participants in the program will undergo a comprehensive development cycle, gaining expertise through four core pillars:
* Learning: Gain a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and master the fundamental skills required for excellence in pharmaceutical sales.
* Experience: Participate in hands-on, real-world field activities supported by mentorship from industry-leading managers.

## Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for ambitious, patient-centric individuals who are ready to excel in a dynamic environment. Applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Education: Fresh graduates (Bachelor’s degree holders) from any major, with a preference for science-related fields. Candidates must be graduating between 2025 and 2026.
* Skills: Strong communication abilities and a functional command of the English language.
* Mindset: A hunger for learning, a high standard of ethics, and a deep sense of responsibility toward patient outcomes.
* Requirements: A willingness to be deployed anywhere across Indonesia and the ability to operate a motorbike for field activities (an active SIM C driving license is mandatory).
## Employment Pathway and Benefits
